Everything you need to know about how we get your HALCON gear to you, anywhere in Pakistan.

Payment options

We currently offer:

Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order arrives at your door, available nationwide.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 4–6 business days depending on your location within Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on all orders, nationwide. No minimum spend — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Areas we serve

We deliver to most cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. In the rare case your area isn't serviceable, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Order tracking

After your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout, and keep your phone reachable so the courier can coordinate with you.
