This notice explains how the HALCON storefront uses information when you browse, order or join our email list.

Orders and support

Checkout collects your name, mobile number, delivery address and city, optional email and order notes. We use these details to record your order, confirm it, arrange delivery and handle support or returns. Order data is stored in our Cloudflare-hosted order database and imported into HALCON’s order management system. Delivery details are shared with the courier as needed to fulfil your order.

Email updates

If you opt in, we save your email address for HALCON product news and offers. To unsubscribe, email hello@halcon.pk or contact us on WhatsApp. An order does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Browser storage and service providers

Your cart is stored on your device using local storage. Checkout keeps a temporary request identifier and a hash in session storage to prevent duplicate submissions. Clearing browser storage removes these local values. Our hosting provider processes connection information to serve the site. To limit abusive requests, the API stores a short-lived hash derived from your IP address and a time window, rather than the raw address. These rate-limit entries expire within 20 minutes and are cleared on subsequent submissions.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them. WhatsApp and Instagram links open third-party services governed by their own privacy practices. Checkout does not send a WhatsApp message automatically.

Retention and requests

Order records are kept for fulfilment, aftercare and business recordkeeping. Contact HALCON to request access, correction, deletion or removal from the mailing list. We may need to verify your request and explain which records must be retained.
